Registration fee includes: luncheons, breaks, international banquet at the hotel and conference materials.
Early Bird Registration is strongly encouraged due to space limitations. Early Bird Registration must be postmarked or received by April 1, 2016. Registration fees received after this date will be held and applied to the On-Site Registration Fee.
Registration must be accompanied with Membership Card or letter from the Secretariat confirming you are current on your membership. Without current membership (2016), you are not considered paid member. Therefore, you will have to pay the Non-Member fee.
Payments received after April 1, 2016, are subject to additional fee and will treated as On-Site Registration Fee.
A full refund of all fees less $50.00 processing charge will be made if written cancellation is received by My 30, 2016. Refunds will be issued after the conference.
